Looking for a simple-but-impressive present to make for anyone with a penchant for fun hats? Snowboarder Hat. It is simple and full of style. Tias did his for a friend, but I think adults should be making these, too. The sewing is so straightforward and so minimal that you could do it by hand without any bother at all. So you don’t need a sewing machine.
We made one of these in less than 30 minutes, including distractable boy time such as “Do you think that a bunny could…”, and Tias did the sewing. For those with young kids, they just do the tying.
I kinda want one for myself.
