How do you escape in your own space?
Handmade Homeschool 
Plug in my iPod and listen to a podcast. Go dig in the garden. Knit. Read. Light a candle.
Take a walk on our nature trail. Create something (knit, sew, draw, paint, bake, take photos). Make music. Meditate.
Take a walk or hide in my room with a book! I used to escape to my kitchen and cook and cook for the freezer or for others, but in this house that’s not an escape!
