Swiss Chard. A new vegetable to me.  I love the green-red contrast being present in just one vegetable.  I’m finding tasty ways to eat this.  Even the kids liked this version from Simply in Season.

    I finally have my own copy of Simply in Season and am slowly working my way through as many of the recipes as possible. Great to hear that Swiss Chard one is a hit with your family, we’ll give it a try.

    I have never tried Swiss Chard before, but I have been hearing more and more about it and it isn’t very expensive, so I plan to start experimenting with recipes. We’ll see what the kids think.
