I remember walking in the park–back 10 years ago when I was first striving for fitness. I wanted to R.U.N. Never in my life had I been able to do so–I’d also end up coughing and coughing. I ran. My dog looked at me like I’d lost my mind, then ran. Two years later I was running 2 1/2 miles per work day. It’s hard to get back to it.
We don’t let autism limit us. We work with it and use our experiences to help others become more understanding, more compassionate. There are no limitations, just things you may not be ready to do. Love the photo!
What a wonderful thought, there is nothing you can’t accomplish if you are willing to put yourself out there to try.

I’m kind of doing the opposite. I’m allowing myself to accept some limitations, realizing I maybe shouldn’t try to do it all (at one time, anyway).
Just want to say that this is my all time favorite Vincent quote. ❤ great post
