Not nearly as much as I need to be…and I do fight for my solitude. My husband doesn’t get my need for solitude, so while he tries, it doesn’t often work unless he and the kids are out of town. Even then, it never seems enough.
Often. Yet, after years of singleness, I find I much prefer the company of those I love.
