“If the minimum wasn’t acceptable it wouldn’t be called the minimum.”

George Muncaster

Have you given thought to your minimum?

  1. Anne says:

I give thought to my minimum frequently. My mother is dying of ALS, my sister has MS, retirement adjustments, child with psychiatric needs (not major, but still requiring treatment and such), life in general sometimes just makes living so hard some days. So I purposefully decided what was the minimum I have to do each day – and some days, when it all weighs heavy on my heart and soul, I give myself permission to only do the minimum.
Other days I have to force myself to press past that point, but I like having it ‘defined’ especially on those days when it is all I can do.
    Does that make sense?
