I keep fighting the urge to find a cool corner to curl up in and sink into a blissful afternoon coma… Too bad there are so many things calling my name!
I have this quote taped to my desk. It is a nice reminder. We had a lazy morning and a busy afternoon.
Very laid back only because one child was sick and we cancelled out of his homeschool paid class and then the rain cancelled out the lacrosse game for the other child. Oh, how nice it was to not HAVE to go anywhere!

I have been reading your blog for about a year. I always appreciate reading your point of view. I enjoy your perspective and thoughtful attitude.
I live and homeschool in Sonoma County, California. I have been wanting to organize a round robin swap for some homwschooling craft oriented moms. If it is not too much time, I would appreciate it if you would explain how yours worked. I have been on swapbot before, but I like the idea of a round robin swap. If it takes too much time to explain, please don’t feel obliged to answer. Sorry to send this in the comments, but I was unsure as to how best to contact you.
Our pace today was industrious ~ my in-laws are coming and the house needed a good cleaning. We all pitched in and got the job done!
