Opened the doors to the oral surgeon today–OUCH!! Not the best door to open! Tomorrows door is the hygenists, then Thursdays door is the orthodontist–so I think my teeth are going to be screaming on Friday if I open any more doors!!
Funny you wrote that today-because I stood at the door today having to talk myself into opening it!! I would have run if the kids weren’t watching! 🙂
Opened a door to a new organizational system for notes, documents, clips, info, lists. Evernote. Online plus handheld.
Opened a door to conversation with a good friend who likes to share organizing ideas; which might support a deeper friendship.
Closed a door to “not knowing what to do next” by brainstorming life-development ideas. Lots more dreaming, planning, visioning left to do before this turns into actionable plans though; and a big piece of that is prioritization and time-sharing planning. Wish I had someone to work with on THAT.
Closed a door on living as the limited definition of “self” from my past. It’s really tempting to reopen that door sometimes, and when I notice it’s repeatedly cracked I shut it. Apparently I need to fix the latch; the winds of change keep blowing it open. 🙂
Closed a door to believing that I don’t have power in my life. I have power and choice, even when circumstances are tough. I can choose to deal with what’s in front of me, until it’s done enough, and then take my freedom and choose more fun things after.
Opened a door to big dreams. To believing their possibility enough to be willing to dream them and work for them. Started toying with ideas for what I want my intentional life to be.

What a fantastic quote. Love this one.
