I have not run. Yet, you inspire! I nominated you for lemony-goodness, should you choose to accept! I wrote about it and linked to you on my blog. best!
With the windows wide open and the fresh air keeping me cool.
I did Run 16 of my 7/7/7 Challenge. Basically, it is a framework to keep me motivated. Run 7 km/day, 7 days a week, for 7 weeks. Within that framework I am very forgiving. If I don’t feel like running, I walk. If I want to go further or do hills, or do speedwork, I do.
An hour is a big chunk of time to find everyday, but like Dolly Parton said, “If you really want something, you will find a way to get it!”
Nope. No way. Nuh-uh. Oh. Wait. Yes, I have. My five year old bid me chase her and I did. With baby on my back. Does that give me double time or double endurance? It was a good long chase, if that counts for anything.

Saints preserve us.
Sorry, that seemed snarky. I shall clarify.
Saints preserve me, and my knees from running.
