The subject of creativity has been foremost in my mind for the past few weeks. For the past several months I’ve been venturing into new forms, but I feel now that I should return to the things I do best — that I’ve been ignoring, to a degree.
Yet I really was impressed with your post yesterday and was inspired to find more ways to express myself.
In the next 365 days I would like to take better care of myself. I want to bake my own bread. I want to give myself the time needed to find my passion for sewing and cross stitch again.
I’m not good with goals (Clearly no type A personality.) but I love that quote. I really want to both nurture my own creativity and be more focused on creativity in our homeschool. Given that we are pretty unschool-y around here, I think that doing creative things myself will also help provide a structure where Tigger does more of her creative things, too. And she doesn’t have years of anti-creativity conditioning to overcome.

I’m joining the Ravelry Project 365 group. A chance to explore photography within an online community — I’m excited!
rambled a bit with my thoughts on this, so I’ve blogged it here
